When you contact us or request a program place, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and information relevant to program participation (including emergency contacts and medical information where required for participant safety).
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible Analytics — no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to understand how our website is used. This data is anonymous and aggregated.
Where we collect sensitive information (including health information, cultural background, or information about children), we do so only with your explicit informed consent and only where it is necessary for program delivery or legal compliance.
Personal information is used to administer your participation in Mudyin programs, communicate updates, and ensure participant safety.
With your consent, we may send newsletters, program updates, or impact reports. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Public donations are disabled for first launch. Donor information should only be collected after payment, charity, receipt, and consent processes are confirmed by the operator.
We may use or disclose your information where required by Australian law, including mandatory reporting obligations under child protection legislation.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. This includes encrypted data transmission, secure hosting, and staff training.
In the event of an eligible data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Where programs involve participants under 18 years of age, we collect personal information from parents or guardians. Photographs or recordings of minors are only published with written guardian consent.
